Pot Return Scheme!
I am really trying to ensure Twisted Feather do not contribute to the ever growing single use plastics issue that is so current right now.
Although my pots are PET recyclable - why not return them to me, reduce the need for me to reorder and add to the plastics manufacturing and in doing so earn yourself extra 'Twisted Points' to result in money off future purchases.
The Rules...
The Pots
They must be Twisted Feather supplied pots...
Rinsed would be preferable but not essential as the pots will be cleaned and sterilised once returned.
Please return the lids also.
The Labels...
Please leave the labels attached to the pot and lid so I can confirm what product was present as different cleaning procedures may be required.

How many?...
A minimum of 4 pots are required to be returned in order to receive 'Twisted Points' with free postage. There is no maximum.

The Reward...
You will receive 50 points for every pot returned.
The points will be added to you account within 14 days of Twisted Feather receiving the return.

How do I return them?
Simply fill out the form below and you will then be sent a returns label for you to attach to your parcel and then drop off at a courier drop or post office.
If you are local there is a Drop Off / Collection option where you are welcome to drop the pots off at Twisted Feather or I will happily collect from your door step. Fill out the form as normal, select this option and then i shall be in touch to make arrangements.

Please ensure the pots are sufficiently padded and then suitably wrapped.

You have 10 working days from the date of receiving the returns label, to send the pots.

If you select Evri as your courier then you will be required to drop off at your local drop off point - please look this up before selecting the courier.
