Vertigo Aromatherapy Shower Steamer

Made using Ginger essential oil, Melissa essential oil, and Peppermint essential oil. A superb mix of 3 well known essential oils for their grounding properties, shown to reduce dizziness and other symptoms associated with nausea and headaches.
 
Hang your Steamer in the organza bag provided or find a spot around your shower where they are splashed to help them dissolve and release their aroma... do not place them in the plug hole as they will dissolve too quickly to do their job!
 
Depending on your spot, how much they get splashed and how long your shower is, you should get a couple of showers out of each steamer.
